Obama times calling out Iran for impact White House long knew of a second nuclear site

"Iran's actions have raised grave doubts" about Iranian claims that they are only pursuing the peaceful use of nuclear energy," he said. "Iran is on notice when we meet with them Oct. 1. ... They're going to have to come clean and they're going to have to make a choice."

It is still unclear whether Iran will bow to international pressure. Some nuclear experts noted that the discovery of a clandestine site suggests that Iran could have many more.

"The Iranians are teaching us the limits of what we are overselling," said Henry Sokolski, executive director of the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center.

Each time they are caught, the Iranians belatedly inform the IAEA and claim they are not breaking the rules, he said, and the IAEA then agrees to monitor the new facility.

"What you're doing is increasing the noise-to-signal ratio and making it much tougher to find the next covert facility," he said.

Mr. Sokolski agreed, however, that the timing of the disclosure was "fortuitous." And he gave credit to the Obama administration "for keeping its powder keg dry."

White House officials acknowledged that the Iranians will determine when IAEA inspectors will be allowed into the site. IAEA spokesperson Marc Vidricaire said that the organization in Vienna "has requested Iran to provide specific information and access to the facility as soon as possible."

Mr. Obama said that the intelligence on the once secret site, tunneled into mountains 18 miles north of Qom, which is about 160 miles southwest of Tehran, was the product of U.S., British and French intelligence, had been "thoroughly scrubbed" and was "solid."

My thoughts are that this is being timed so that Zerobama can “discover” the continued nuke development by Iran so he can call them out on the world stage (while the UN is in session with all of the world leaders there).

Obama (as well as the leaders of France and UK) DID NOT LEARN about this second nuclear site until it was revealed to them, LIKELY in the last 2 or 3 days, and MOST LIKELY by Israeli delegates to the UN meeting or G20 using Israeli intelligence.

Go back and look at Obama's and Biden's statements on Iran in the last 2 weeks — they've signaled absolutely NOTHING that Iran was a threat. Then yesterday, Obama went on about Iran's "deception". So what if Obama had an earth-shaking epiphany in his own mind about a fellow Muslim leader — Obama is still a complicit, weak enabler of tyranny in the world community.

Our satellites should have pegged the second site, but it likely deep underground — Israeli spies and other Intel gathering methods uncovered this secret.

It shows the deficiencies of OUR military and HUM-INT ground assets in Iran, under a military with leadership and priorities set forth by their CinC — Mr. Obama.

DoD satellites can detect atomic plumes from outer space of UNdetonated nuclear weapons on the ground, unless the source of the radiation (and their gases) are super-shielded.

Let's hope that IF those rumors are true, the terrorists are sloppy for our military to spot the weapons before they are unpacked and detonated.

Although I think it possible the US did know of this site and had decided to keep mum.

What happened, I think, is that the Israelis told the US that they would go public with the info if Iran didn't come clean.

The word got around to the Iranian, who then disclosed the site to the IAEA. Only after the IAEA announcement did 0 and the rest “condemn” the Iranians.

So, my question to 0, if I were a reporter, would be: Did the US know of the secret enrichment facility and still pursue the policy of unconditional negotiations with Iran? Even after the Iranians declared that the nuclear issue was nonnegotiable? And if the US didn't know of the secret facility, does it impact your decision to hold direct talks?

Such questions will never be asked.

Around 1979 Obama started college at Occidental in California. By ‘chance’ he met Antoin ‘Tony’ Rezko, born in Aleppo Syria, and a real estate developer in Chicago. Rezko has been convicted of fraud and bribery this year. Rezko, was named ‘Entrepreneur of the Decade’ by the Arab-American Business and Professional Association’.

About two years later, Obama entered Harvard Law School. Do you have any idea what tuition is for Harvard Law School? Where did he get the money for Law School? More student loans?

After Law school, he went back to Chicago. Rezko offered him a job, which he turned down. But, he did take a job with Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland. Guess what? They represented ‘Rezar’ which was Rezko’s firm. Rezko was one of Obama’s first major financial contributors when he ran for office in Chicago.

In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago Tribune reporter David Mendelland claims was instrumental in providing Obama with ‘seed money’ for his U.S. Senate race.

In 2005, Obama purchased a new home in Kenwoood District of Chicago for $1.65 million (less than asking price). With ALL those Student Loans - Where did he get the money for the property?

On the same day Rezko’s wife, Rita, purchased the adjoining empty lot for full price. The London Times reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born Billionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Obama’s new home was purchased. Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko.

Now, we have Obama running for President. Valerie Jarrett, was Michele Obama’s boss. She is now Obama’s chief advisor and he does not make any major decisions without talking to her first. Where was Jarrett born? Ready for this? Shiraz, Iran! Do we see a pattern here? Or am I going crazy?

On May 10, 2008 The Times reported, Robert Malley advisor to Obama was ‘sacked’ after the press found out he was having regular contacts with ‘Hamas’, which controls Gaza and is connected with Iran..

This past week, buried in the back part of the papers, Iraqi newspapers reported that during Obama’s visit to Iraq, he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war until after he is elected, and he will ‘Take care of things’.

Oh, and by the way, remember the college roommates that where born in Pakistan? They are in charge of all those ‘small’ Internet campaign contributions for Obama. Where is that money coming from? The poor and middle class in this country? Or could it be from the Middle East?

And the final bit of news. On September 7, 2008, The Washington Times posted a verbal slip that was made on ‘This Week’ with George Stephanapoulos. Obama on talking about his religion said, ‘My Muslim faith’. When questioned, ‘he made a mistake’. Some mistake!

They’re doing it in plain sight in heavily populated civilian areas. It’s no accident. They have also chosen their most “holy” city, Qom for this enrichment facility.

Iranians abroad are saying they know the location where nuclear weapon detonators are being constructed. It’s a regular looking building non-descript right in the middle of a neighborhood. There’s no markings on it and it is intentionally set up to look like any other building in the neighborhood.

They are playing chess. Obama is playing a junior game of checkers.

We now know that Barack Obama has sat for almost a year on the information regarding Iran’s “secret” nuclear plant. His hand was forced yesterday by the Iranians who were the ones that went public with the information when it appeared to them that their security had been breached. This led to Barack Obama disclosing the previously withheld information regarding the plant. The Iranians kept the plant secret and Obama aided them by his silence. So much for the transparency promise.

What damage has been caused by Obama’s withholding this information from the world?
