Now it appears Fuchs is out of business at the mall, but mall officials say this decision was not based upon political views.
Bullsh*t.
The limp-wristed bigwigs at the mall got cold feet over the prospect of the NAALCP or some other 'civil rights' group threatening to protest or boycott them.

Logical inference. But, it’s bag of hammers dumb, if that is the reason.
Upper East Tenness is a bastion of conservatism and the left whackjobs are kept pretty tightly confined to their domains (colleges and universities, mostly)

Thank you! I am now seeing the 5 images.
Heading out for lunch at my friend's restaurant after a quick phone conversation. He came to this thread to get the links and will be in touch with Graphic Edge.

Drudge link is why the paper is getting hammered. Free Republic is why the story made it to Drudge.

Even if you have never served in any of the above capacities*, you are still welcome to participate in our outreach efforts and may join us as an Citizen Associate Member. *currently serving military, reserves, National Guard, veterans, Peace Officers, and Fire Fighters.
Is this like the "Ladies Auxiliary"? Certainly looks like the vast majority of Americans would be second class members.
Are you unable to answer my question? Seems you could as almost every post of yours is promoting OathKeepers.
Funny thing is that this type of solicitation is against Oathkeeperss rules on their site.
Finally, Ron Paul hasnt had much support here so why do you think it will now?

The story did make it to Drudge. Looking for how far it goes. Have any of our talkers mentioned it?

Tembra Aldridge, General Manager of The Mall at Johnson City, released the following statement to 11 Connects Reporter George Jackson:
The tenant [Dan Fuchs] previously had been notified, in writing, of operational issues that violated the terms of his kiosk lease. It was an accumulation of these problems, and his refusal to cooperate, that brought his lease to an end. Its disappointing that the tenant has attempted to turn this into a political story, and used inflammatory language to try to grow his business.
Fuchs planned to file a civil suit in Washington County Court Tuesday.
Im working out of my garage, he said.

Geesh, you gotta love it. It's so funny that nothing was said when the business was selling anti Bush stuff. Tow the line or else. I'm in Johnson City for only four more days. Would love to see us get something going outside the Mall. Let's make their life miserable. Thinking of going tomorrow night and complaining about the offensive items in Spencer's. Wonder if they will be evicted?

I’m not sure what a protest at this point accomplishes. He’s filing suit. I think a steady series of complaints is certainly in order, with specific offensive items mentioned each time.

This is what I will say to everyone keeping an eye on this.
1. Mr. Fuchs is now being represented by an attorney.
2. I don't think that the mall management understands what they started, thus “changing” their story. According to the attorney, yes freedom of speech is a key issue; but, its been said that this revolves around an issue that the management staff doesn't even know or are aware of!
I am not authorized to discuss any further developments, BUT i will say that with the responses and support that we have received via email, phone, internet blogs, media, news agencies etc, MAKE SURE you all keep your eyes on the papers and news media in the next few days. You wont be sorry ;)

Here is a neat find i found for you all. It was taken about 3 weeks ago, and you will see or stand briefly in the middle of the mall. If you cant see the video, here is the video link... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVhSWOKncyw But to reitierate, a complaint in action. Although the video is to crazy nut cases that is really hillarious, goes to prove a point.Even though that the 2 crazy guys in the video are screwing around, look how they conduct themselves and complain and where they are when they do it (smoking at the service desk and near the service desk). MANAGEMENT IS NOT TAKING OTHER COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY.
