Yes, it's a Goldman Sachs CONSPIRACY. Rolling Stone is an entertainment magazine directly mostly at the sort of informed, thoughtful people who are into recreational drug use. PJ O' Rourke used to be fun to read (not even sure if he still writes for them), but why waste your time reading "serious" articles from Rolling Stone? Time magazine is laughable enough as it is.
Yes, I'm sure many here can go into how many prominent "too big to fail" economists and beltway insiders have connections to Goldman Sachs ...or GM & Chrysler ...or some other big corp. Big freaking deal. They all probably have the same taste in ties, too. The real problem is that the government has too much power, is always gaining more power, and the crowd that operates Wall Street has been joined at the hip with the ruling class in Washington.

My brother is a financial adviser, very conservative financially, but a dem, and he said all this to me (except it was in the credit card loan trading aspect being paper), so this guy makes sense. I know it’s not only goldman, everyone trained in the business knew what was going on, but the geniuses there came up with the rule changes.
What I just thought about was the ironic appearance of the horrific H1N1 flu and our “need” for buy-health-insurance-or-go-to-jail. I don’t have health insurance. I wonder if I will have internet access in prison?
