“This is likely a good move if their is a missile base there it could likely be reset to missile defense extremely quickly if needed or flat out set up that way in the first place. It wouldn’t be difficult to import interceptors along with the regular missiles. I am not an Obama fan, but that doesnt mean everything he does is stupid, this could be a smart thing. That’s a lot of IF’s. You obviously believe in the hope is a strategy doctrine.
I dont believe its hope at all if we have an established missile base there it is very likely that we could shift it easily to missile defense. I believe you don’t always have to hit a problem head on to solve it. Why take the path of most resistance, that was a stupid part of the Bush policy.
