That guy with the red bandana was in the other video, seeming to ‘approve’ the capture. Leads more credence to the first video being fake.

I don't think the second video is of the guy who the men in fatigues put into the car... rather, they are of one of the bystanders in the first video... Take a look yourself...

Go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8CNa_viKg0 and look at the guy in the foreground around 0:22. If you seen both videos, he should look familiar...?

So it is two different people... but definitely around the same place and time. The red bandana around the neck guy just didn't get arrested yet...
