This facility didn’t provide abortions (only referrals), just an FYI. I live in the area, and this was brought up at our most recent homeschool get-together.
Lifeline Pregnancy Resource Center in Kirksville has also been serving low income women, and those in need of moral support. They are always in need of donations. :)

When I read the article and saw ‘reproductive health services’ were offered there, I figured it was just the MSM glossing over the fact they did abortions there.
