Not the point!....whack left leadership in Washington State is responsible for one of the most horribly run Department of Human Services in the United States!
Ah! Yours is a generic condemnation of liberalism as personified by Gregoire. All liberals attempts as social engineering are doomed to failure. DHS should be eliminated as should the Departments of Energy and Education (and a bunch of others).
