I find this really insulting. I guess this shows the true colors of American foreign policy. Hondurans will not forget or forgive this insult. This is simply awful and it shows, crystal clear, that 0 backs dictators and marxists, and shuns democratic institutions and the rule of law.
There will be consequences for this, especially with respect to the standing and influence of the US in the region. Gone are the days when people could count on the US to do the right thing for democracy.
Way to go 0, it took you less than a year to shun people in the region.

That sentence brought back images of our embassy in Teheran......come to think of it, what Carter did by tossing the Shah to the wolves is about the same as obama is trying to do now, but in reverse.
If obama has zelaya smuggled to our embassy, the good and decent Hondurans would have right on their side if they swarmed our embassy over this indignity perpetrated upon them by obama and his gaggle of commies......I pray that the Hondurans have a Mussolini or Coucescu party with zelaya before he makes it to our embassy......
Godspeed to the Honduran populace.....may you set a good example for us, because we need one now too.
