Impeachment and the trial for removal from office upon an impeachment are POLITICAL, and not criminal actions. Obama’s refusal to provide the needed troops, his new orders in re “mirandizing” combatants, in re avoiding usage of necessary force to protect our own troops and forces when there is a possibility of collateral damage —these executive actions do rise to High Misdemeanors. No one should seek to preserve the “honor” of a President at the sake of the lives of Americans.
