Beck isn’t a conservative but a trash-talking opportunist; therefore, this isn’t a fight between conservatives. Mark is the only true conservative in this fight.
Have you wondered to yourself why you feel such animosity towards Beck? Ever? Or why Mark chose to respond to something Beck said that didn’t even mention Mark? Or why Mark felt the need to come onto FreeRepublic and argue with FReepers about Glenn Beck? Doesn’t that last bit disturb you a little? Wasn’t that the ultimate childishness? Mark has not come out of this looking good at all. I think he’s hurt himself more than he hurt Beck. He’s looking like one of those little yapping dogs that nip at the heels of a bigger dog. And that is far from where Mark is positioned amongst the talk hosts.
