In this case, your not seeing this info on TV. You have to actually read HR 3200 as posted on the government website, and I quoted directly from the bill, exactly as it is posted.

Now, there are other amendments being offered and the final version of what will be voted on is not completely know. But we do know that the Democrat Ledership and the White Haus (spelling intended) are refusing to let the final version be posted for people to read, or to let the CBO analyze the costs, before the bill is voted on. Hell, they're even trying to shut up dissenting opinions from the private sector!

So much for transparency. President Obama has lied so frequently, I have a hard time trusting his word on anything.
