President and CEO of The Franklin Institute, Dr. Dennis Wint accepted the 2008 National Medal for Museum and Library Service at a White House ceremony with First Lady Laura Bush. The medal is the nation’s highest honor for institutions that make significant and exceptional contributions to their communities.

If I recall correctly, Hussein Obama did not even wear a suit and tie on Memorial Day == I also think he spoent the day playing golf.
