Yes, the word garish comes to mind. Also, I agree with everyone on this thread that has said she's disrespectful. My husband, who usually doesn't comment on this stuff, just said maybe she has no fashion sense, but if that's true, why not listen to someone who does. Surely, there is a fashion czar?
