Just looked around the web to confirm. It’s from three days ago, and she did indeed wear that cruise-lounge slinker at an event to honor a fallen hero.
And she has access to the best advice, so you can’t say it’s stupidity or bad taste.

Thanks for the research! How pathetic she actually wore that outfit to such a solemn event. Extremely inappropriate!!

Honestly, I think she lost 5 lbs and could finally get it zipped, so decided to wear it. It is all about her. “Look at me. I lost 5 lbs! Take my picture.” The real occasion has never mattered to her. SHE is the occasion.
