The banks are all bankrupt but haven’t marked to market their default inventory, both residential and commercial. After that, SS and medicare and the Fed Gov all collapse.

Obama has no credibility left. The louder he shouts through the presidential megaphone, the more people stop listening. There may be fluctuations in his daily polling but Obama lost support of the American people. Ironically, the only thing that might save him is a GOP takeover of Congress next year. The Democrats haven't helped him much.
