We've also had a prime time TV address to the congress, that sent his ratings shooting up in the week following that. We should be happy his post speech bounce is fast evaporating. Consider he will never get below 30-35% strongly approve due to the: wide eyed supporters and blacks, who voted 97% for him and still have him in high regard. The drop in support of independents is a career changer for der leader.
