No argument there. We wouldn’t be in this situation if the Texas Democratic Party had followed the Texas Election Code. It mandates the one and only way a candidate can be declared ineligible. It allows for the declaration of ineligibility before and after the election.

The Texas Democratic Party didn’t adhere to specific procedures mandated by law. And I’m not speaking of an abstract concept of honoring an oath. Texas Election Code specifically mandates how a candidate’s application to be on the ballot is to be reviewed and approved. It provides no wiggle room.

The Texas Democratic Party broke the law in Texas when they nominated Obama as their candidate for POTUS.
