Michelle presided over a panel on juvenille justice (held at University of Chicago?) featuring Obama and either Ayers or Sunstein (maybe Dorn, can’t remember now) which was televised live by C-Span. Michelle and Barrack were arguing that the juvenille justice system was broken and that disenfranchised youth were caught up in the system and never received adequate representation or rehabilitation. Every Communist/Socialist/Nation of Islam/Black Liberation Theology adherent must be proud of Michelle, Barry & Company’s early stand against punishing wayward youths like those on the South Side of Chicago who perpetrate murders getting immunity from the death penalty for capital murder, not to mention good Muslims like Malvo who carry out Allah’s work. So, if good Muslim youth want to commit mass murder SCOTUS and proponents of juvenille justice reform (like the Obamas, Dorn & Ayers, and Sunstein)have accomodated their wishes.
