Or simply solve the problem by mandating open season on pythons and boas. Then take out full page ads in all newspapers in Louisiana. The ads just need two things, notice of the open season and an assortment of python recipes.
Actually your probably correct; I guess if people eat rattlers they can do the same with pythons. Open season year round would probably be the best alternative.
