Um... not to be picky but I think you ment ‘Passenger’ pidgeon. They would kill whole flocks with nets. Unfortunately pythons do not come in flocks are tough to kill and have a nasty bite. At least they can’t fly on their own. We do that for them by bringing the damn things here.
I stand corrected. Passenger pigeons it is. In any case, paying people to hunt these things would control and perhaps eradicate the problem.
