If over 90% of blacks in the US voted for Barry (racism?), how hard would it be to get a few of the less than 10% to show up in DC? D’uh!

It wasn't hard, which is why there were hundreds or thousands of them there.

Even more blacks voted for Obama than you thought, thus it would be a few less than four percent (4%) - not 10% as you wrote:

Fully 96 percent of black voters supported Obama and constituted 13 percent of the electorate, a 2-percentage-point rise in their national turnout. As in past years, black women turned out at a higher rate than black men.
