If the races were reversed, the news media would have this on as a lead, with LOTS of coverage.
Because it would be so out of character the other way around. But in this case its, "aw that's just Kanye being his racist self, no big deal".

I think you’re being to charitable. The reason the media would be on a reverse of this story is it fits their desired narrative. A mean, obnoxious white man giving a young black teen woman a bad time... THAT is what they want to show viewers.
