It can't be until there have been years of use, that's why they are forcing girls to take it. Gotta get the lab rats from somewhere.
It was tested in Europe on 25 year old women. The Government has suggested giving it to girls as young as 9. I would NEVER let a daughter of mine get it until it was well established. I don’t have a daughter but if I did, I would hope she would be more intelligent than to be fooling around and have to worry about HPV.
