It’s growing obvious that Obama and company have decided they have a mandate as well as an obligation to right the past; no longer will it be necessary to engage in lengthy discussions on matters of importance — when will the Congress remind him that he is a majority of one?
They will ram it through, but it does not get implemented until 2003. A national referendum on Obama and his outlandish plans will be very entertaining.
