I was really expecting ACORN and SEIU thugs to show up in force. I’m glad they didn’t. I really didn’t want any violence.
There were a few isolated people. Nothing too much in the way of counterprotestors.

I'm guessing one of two things happened:
- They got the Pelosi estimate on Friday that said there were going to be maybe 2 million people there and said, “Oh hell no, not us, no way.&dquo;
- They believed the website registration that 30,000 people were coming, dispatched a hundred or so disruptors, and when they got there and saw reality, they just pooped their pants and went home.
We had like 4 or 5 counter-protesters in Crystal River FL. They had nice, professionally made signs that said things like, “Health care for all” and “Make Big Business Pay for Health Care.” Two of them, and they were older gentlemen, they set up down in front, by the stage. I guess they were being paid by the hour. They stayed for the whole event. Everyone just ignored them. Maybe they learned something listening to the people speaking.

I was really expecting ACORN and SEIU thugs to show up in force.I think that their numbers are far, far smaller than they'd like us to think. They only show up when they can hire 2 busloads of thugs to attack a lone elderly woman. Any odds worse than that, and they're a no-show.
