Check out 2nd to last picture in the link. In front of the Capitol hadn’t yet filled in. But looks like those who march are already in place sine Pennsylvania Ave is empty. The second to last photo is NOT from the 9/12 rally. Its from the Promise Keepers rally 10 or so years ago.
