I didn't say this, Its the voice recording that I said was illegal. There is an out for voice recording crimes I seem to remember. But the part about disclosing the recording to FNC might be the part they try to move on.

I don’t think the MD state attorney will actually prosecute the Acorn Sting Video Makers. It is more of an intimidation threat for YouTube, Fox News, and Talk Radio not to broadcast the damning videos.
