I spoke to a capitol police officer who was behind the stage(with Dick Armey).He said there was a bigger crowd than th”million man march”. HENCE; The crowd was bigger than one million!
We heard the same thing. The Capital Police told us we far exceeded the million man march and we were at least at 1.2 million by 1:00PM. This was the official information being given the Capital Police and they were sharing it with the marchers... they probably never thought that politics would get in the way.
