The former governor is in New York and is not available for further comment.

Former Blagojevich adviser found dead in Burr Ridge home

Former Rod Blagojevich adviser Christopher Kelly, who pled guilty to corruption charges earlier this week, was found dead in his west suburban home Saturday morning, sources said.
Kelly, 51, of 702 Ambriance Drive in Burr Ridge, was found unresponsive in his home and pronounced dead at Oak Forest Hospital of Cook County, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
Sources said Kelly family members found Kelly in his home at 7:01 a.m.....
