Very strange presser too. The mayor contradicts himself several times, gets a phone call in the middle of it, knocks over the mic and then claims there were no security cameras at a place that is also a storage warehouse? Kelly was sitting up on the gurney talking to people(6-8 hours after ingesting the ‘substance’ according to the mayor’s statements on the tape it was between 9-10:00 when they believe the ‘aspirin’ was taken)..a ‘private’ ambulance transports him to Cook County at 4:15 a.m. and he is pronounced dead at 10:46 a.m. Saturday.
