The day of the Jackson Michigan Tea Party I had $11 in my pocket. 10 of that went in my gas tank to go to the rally and the other dollar went into the kitty for the Tea Party express.
Not everyone can do that when pay is late or the check bounces.

I’m in Missouri, no money until October 15th, in my third trimester with my fifth child. I REALLY wish I could have been there today but there was no way it was going to happen. Can’t afford gas, hotel and food for that many people, nor could I have made that long of a trip in my condition. Please know that there are tons of us that want to be there but just can’t.
