As a former soldier, I am extremely angry at the BoHS for that memo.
It was a spit in my eyes, slap in the face while jabbing a knife in my back attack.
Side note, all the websites I know of to order bulk ammunition for my 22lr paper hole puncher are ‘out of stock’.
