It's must be that the Democrats have a way of moving the matter to a vote without opening the matter for debate, or at least extended debate. I doubt very much if Joe Wilson will get a "hearing" in the true sense of the word. All of this is important, of course, because it poses a real risk to the Democrats: proceedings could spin out of control and these are proceedings in which the media must involve itself.
The danger for the Democrats is that such a proceeding becomes a hearing on 1) whether in fact Obama was lying; 2) the history of the House of Representatives in admonishing its members for shouting out "liar" or the like on the floor of the house whether in the face of the president or otherwise.
In the first instance, Obama goes on the defensive the cause he was lying in principle. In the second instance, the Democrats in the House of Representatives and in the Senate go on the defensive for their outbursts against Bush in his State of the Union messages.
The Democrats would be foolish to undertake this unless they can lock it down to a quick and dirty condemnation with no due process whatsoever.
Apparently it’s against the House rules to tell the truth where the people can hear you.
Yep , keep reminding us what a liar Obama is!!
These a##hats keep pushing thinking we will never push back!
Damned hypocrites.
Give him a medal!
The country’s broke, millions without jobs, stores and businesses still closing at a terrifying rate and all these clowns in Congress can say is “tell me you’re sorry.” Pathetic!
The majority of America means nothing to the goals of followers of a socialistic regime, they will be protected for life, no more elections for them is their dreams.
The people mean nothing to them when socialistic regimes take over a country.
Why have trepidation and fear every 4 years or so trying to get re-elected when a dictator can “nominate’ you for life?
No wonder Pelosi walks around like she has a vibrator in her pantsuit.

Will they chide Obama for calling Palin a liar? Ah no... that got him standing ovations. Silly me.
"It's our brothel and dollar-printing bank. We'll do what we want."
Will the House admonish (Senator) Hillary for sleeping during GWB’s State of the Union?
Mr. Wislon should stand up and apologize for breaking the House rules. That’s it. He should not apologize for telling the truth.
I hope he bears his “admonishment” with dignity and stops apologizing.
