There’s only ONE person where the BUCK IS SUPPOSED TO STOP and he micromanages EVERYTHING...HolyO knew about the NYC flyover, and I’ll bet dollars to donuts he knew about this too, may have even ordered it as a distraction for the 9/11 Remembrance ceremonies, and as other people have pointed out, a pre-emptive strike to sabotage the Tea Party Express/9-12 events in DC tomorrow...
