Everybody needs to have a basic understanding of the constitution as envisoned in meaning from the founders. That way they can tell how far the legal and political elite are straying from freedom. We used to teach that in “civics” up through the 60’s I remember learning to read and understand excerpts from the Federalist papers. Understanding the basic framework of the constitution and being a people who must protect that freedom from the ruling class was what put the “united” in the US. Social Marxists have cleansed all that and replaced it with race based communism - multiculturalism.

The people with the appititude to understand constitutional law books - study law - used to be the people who America could count on to protect the constitution in the courts. Every citizen needs a basic understanding of the constitution and what the concepts and ideals meant to the founding fathers so they can recognize threats to freedom. That is why Marxists cleansed that civic education from the textbooks and schools.

If you are ever in a used book store try to pick up an old school civics book(and protect it!). You will be amazed at what your elders were taught about freedom and what is missing from education and American culture today.

I fail to see how anyone can address this matter intelligently if they have no background in understanding how the Judicial Branch of the Federal Government operates and why. If somebody does not want to read a particular book because the author is a commie professor, find one that is written by a conservative.

A theory has developed that there must be a “citizen recall process” for the Presidency, and the Federal Courts are obligated to participate in it.

Further issues to study to get a better grasp of the situation:
-The Watergate hearings (notice that they were not held in a federal court room.)
-Tilden vs. Hayes 1876. This is not a real case because Tilden never filed suit in federal court. That is why people say that these are “political matters”.

What most of the posters on here really want is a “hearing”. They hold public hearings all the time at the state House. A federal courtroom is not a great place to hold a public hearing ... hard to think of a worse place.
