“Obama has a Certification of Live Birth, that at least two HI government officials have publicly stated is legitimate, including the Governor.

Post evidence or statements that Governor Lingle saw Obamas vital Records.

Post evidence where Governor Lingle stated that the Colb is valid.

Post a statement from Okubo or Fukino specifically stating the Colb is valid.

Include links.

"Include links. "

Forgive me if I don't indulge your scavanger hunt, but this is the ONLY statement I care about...

"“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago.”

STATEMENT BY HEALTH DIRECTOR CHIYOME FUKINO, M.D.

Now, perhaps you both believe that This Dr. Fukino is part of a long-standing cabal that has been funded by George Soros and been in place since the early 1960s all in the hopes that Barack Hussein Obama might one day reach the level where he will stand for the office of the president. But, with that statement - and the document that the statement refers to, Barack Obama's legal claim of US birth is virtually insurmountable in a US courtroom. Remember, in American jurisprudence it's the plaintiff with the burden of proving their allegation, not the defendant disproving the allegation.

As for the rest of Dr. Fukino's statement, "and is a natural-born American citizen", that is gratuitous. The good doctor isn't a Constitutional scholar and isn't in a position to make such a determination. That is a definition that would need to be established by the legislative branch and affirmed by the judicial branch. To date, neither has shown any appetite to give guidance in the matter.

If you want to argue that he's not a natural-born citizen because his father wasn't a US citizen, that's a perfectly defensible position. But, until the courts intercede - which is unlikely for a sitting president - Barack Obama is the President, there's just no other way around it.
