Military personnel face "imminent danger" every day during their ToD. The military instructs them that they face "imminent danger" on a daily basis by an enemy waging a comprehensive campaign of guerilla warfare. They are told by their superiors they could be killed at any conceivable moment and to take nothing for granted.
Im not saying my ideas are great ideas.
They sure as hell aren't, and you know it.
You may not have noticed, but its not like the top legal minds in the country are signing up to help out.
Many things start out small, but evetually begin to grow...
Can anyone here give a definative/exhaustive listing of attorney's who are working on this case, or any of the (so called) eligibility lawsuits?
If not, then it's nothing more than speculation as to who is and who isn't working (or giving counsel) on them.
