As far as I can find right now Hawaii is the only one that got the "certified" statement. It does take some of the smoke out of the gun. The question is why didn't DNC submit the "certified" doc to all states instead of just one or a few? Ask yourself if you were going to submit an "uncertified" doc to all states why would you produce the "certified" document in the first place or at least destroy it later? I would also like to see the 2004 DNC documents submitted to all states to compare.
