Anyone know anything about this Judge Land case in GA? Orly and the others need to keep starting military cases with local attorneys around the country. I think The Republic hinges on Judge Carter.

I found it odd that Discovery should be allowed by Judge Carter and
Judge Land grants Taitz a virtually immediate hearing.
What I’ve heard locally is that Captain Connie Rhodes MD was due to deploy within the next couple of days so the hearing was bumped up. But I’m not so sure that Orly isn’t supposed to air significant parts of the eligibility case in Georgia against Army prosocutors - as opposed to DOJ prosecutors in the Judge Carter case. The Captain contends that she is willing to go to Iraq as long as she knows
that the orders going down the chain of command are lawful orders.
