How’s this for a scenario: Obama is removed from office. Pelosi is ousted. While impeachment proceedings against Biden are moving forward, the Senate, seeing the writing on the wall, begins looking for a new President Pro Tem. In the proverbial smoke-filled rooms, Blue Dogs and Republicans form a loose coalition, realizing that in this time of crisis they need to appear statesmanlike and bipartisan. They put their heads together to pick a President Pro Tem and future POTUS both sides can tolerate ... Sen. John McCain, R-Arizona.

Actually, there's a good argument to be made that if Obama was never eligible (as opposed to becoming ineligible after the fact), then the election would have to be re-adjudicated by the House. With no (eligible) candidate now having received a majority of electoral votes, the Congress would be required to choose the President from one of the 5 top candidates receiving electoral votes -- a list of one: John McCain.

Since Biden was elected to his office by the EC on a separate ballot and is Constitutionally qualified, unless he is removed via impeachment, he would continue to be the Vice-President. Of course, if he's forced to resign or is impeached, then President McCain would choose a new Vice-President, subject to the approval of the Senate. I could easily see (especially in exchange for Congress to avoid a long, protected battle over the ongoing vacancy crisis) McCain agreeing to appoint a Democrat in a show of bipartisanship... and whom better than a high-profile Democrat who is currently in the Administration already... say, as Secretary of State...

....And then in the last chapter, Citizen Sarah Palin defeats President McCain for the 2012 nomination in the Republican primaries, then goes on to defeat the Democratic presidential candidate, Vice President Clinton, in November.

As I understand it, at this time our legitimate President is Dick Cheney.

One important observation with the Presidential Line of Succession is that the 2010 Congressional elections are expected to shift heavily to the Republicans (and hopefully very Conservative). All of the Representatives and one-third of the Senate are up for re-election.

Pelosi and Reid are both suffering in their approval polls in their own districts. I don't know about Byrd per se, but the Senate Pro Tem, as well as the Speaker of the House, is decided by the majority party. THIS IS PART OF THE REASON THEY'RE TRYING TO RAM ALL OF THE BILLS THROUGH NOW - THEY KNOW WHAT'S COMING NEXT ELECTION.

The next slots after Biden in the Presidential Line of Succession will likely be VERY Republican after the 2010 election cycle. The new Congress would likely exhibit considerable pressure to force Obama from office, by whatever means (resignation or forced removal), after the November 2010 election (sworn in January 2011).

"Elections have consequences" would have a whole new meaning.

# Office Current Officer
1 Vice President Joe Biden
2 Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi
3 President pro tempore of the Senate Robert Byrd
4 Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton

If Obama’s BC is shown and it reads he was born in Kenya, I do not think anything will be done. He will say some stupid thing like it was not my fault my mother went there, I am American.

BUT if the courts do as they should and say he is illegitimate, then the two documents Pelosi signed and then sending the one without constitutional wording to the states, it seems to me would mean everyone involved must be impeached and the whole election would be fraud.

It does not make sense to me that Biden knowing of the fraud would be allowed to stay anywhere near the capital in any position. Pelosi should go to prison. Cheney is involved too because he did not speak out when his name was added to the lawsuit.

My one other thought, maybe republicans knew about Obama too but they wanted to end the democratic party for good. For many years by giving America a glimpse of evil in the dem party.

I think no matter what comes out, he will get away with it. There are mafia like powers behind Obama and the name is Soros.
