Very interesting, however, her female attitude has been more successful to at least have ONE judge looking at her case, while ALL her so-called professional male colleague's cases have been denied any kind of hearing, hammm!!!
Why does everyone think she has gotten “far” with this? She is still no further along than any other case has ever gotten. They all get dismissed for lack of standing.
There is a very good chance that this one gets dismissed for lack of standing on Oct. 5.
(For the record, I think Judge Carter has been condescending as heckfire with her - despite everyone’s belief that he is a Marine who will save us all).
