Saw the 'jerked' response as well. . .my interpretation of this was that Nancy turned with 'first rumbling to Biden' and then again; after 'liar call'. Think Biden was confirming perp; and to send message that he/Wilson; was duly noted from the podium.
Of course; Biden may have added 'DOA' after Wilson's name.
. . .or perhaps Biden only wrote "Obama Ackbar!"

Whatever the case; it appears that Nancy experienced a moment of 'shock and awe' if only because she heard a truth shouted; in the middle of a speech that offered everything; but the truth.

The look of “WHO DARE SPEAK WHILE THE KING IS SPEAKING” was just priceless! IMO she picked up a seating chart, and told Biden, “NAMES I WANT NAMES” They probably don't know anyone who sits on “that side” of the Congress. Have to look it up.
