That’s true. Taft gave us CCW and nothing else but heartache.
Sanders came over to the "no" side. Boxer and Byrd didn't vote today after voting "aye" yesterday. Lemieux of Florida was sworn in this morning and voted "no."
I call our state Repub party monthly and let them know just that.
Only Maine? At least give them VT and Mass. too. Heck, give them everything from NY north - it's all hopeless.
The RINOs have caused irrepairable damage to the conservative base. If we can’t repair the damage, but I would I would settle for stopping the future damage in its tracks.
The problem, AS ALWAYS, is with the electorate. Someone like Hatch gets in and you can’t get rid of the guy. At least Collins and Snowe actually represent the liberal Republicans of Maine. That is understandable, IMHO. But Utah? No excuse. What the heck are they sending a guy like Hatch back, decade after decade????
I’ll never understand this idea of sending your politician to serve a life term. Follow him and if he stops serving you, vote his sorry ass out of office!
At least Sphincter changed to the party he has represented all along, so the voters can “vote for change” in the next election.
I HATE RINOs. Not like I hate the communists like Clinton and Obama, but still. They are enablers. Damn gang of 14 and all the other crap they cause us.
It’s a bit vulgar, but from this moment on, I hereby refer to this guy as Sass Cumstain.
Mods, I apologize for that one there, and let me be with the pygmies down there in New Guinea.
