There are “secret shoppers” in every industry to get an accurate encounter of how agencies do business.
I don’t see entrapment. If anything these ladies were too helpful and should have turned them away. But they committed crimes in their positions in conducting Acorn’s business. We can only hope this is not a pattern and practice for Acorn.
And no I’m not an attorney...I just play one on FR. :)
