I forgot to mention the most vital aspect of knowing “why” in relation to the ball landing on black. What if you are the casino owner?Does the casino owner really need to know "why" the technology works as long as he knows it's being used to rig the outcome? I'll grant you the person who's actually doing the work of rigging it needs to know that, but why the owner?
