I talked to Polarik about this months ago in a private email and he said dummying up a long form BC would be impossible. I am not so sure. Other evidence would be needed to help Orly.

Hawaii has not really vouched for him being born there.
The natural born arguement disqualifies Obama but is tougher arguement but birth in Kenya would be a slam dunk.

How good a forgery does it have to be? If they come up with a fake BC, and get (LIAR) Fukino to authenticate it on behalf of the state of Hawaii, the judge may believe that at face value. Does Orly have any experts who can testify that the hypothetical fake long form and the supposed COLB put up on the web are forgeries?

Yes, they have, in July 2009.
State officials from Hawaii vouched for his birth records being on file and him being born in Hawaii, in July 2009: “I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawai’i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai’i State Department of Health verifying Barrack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai’i and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008, over eight months ago.”
