I truly hope this Smith fellow is legit.

He has more credibility than Obama does.

Smith went to the Federal Court in CA to be deposed about Obama's Kenyan birth certificate, and made himself available to answer questions to the general public.

Smith's Obama birth certificate has been entered as evidence. Where is the Obama Certification of Live Birth that Crissy Mathews waved to his audience and O'Reilly said say Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Hmmmmmmmmm?

Pssssssst, it's nowhere to be seen in court. LoL!

Smith may be a quirky guy but no one in their right mind is going to go under oath and risk jail to lie about this. HE is also probably risking his life. The kid may be a hero.

I saw that, and thought, why isn't it locked up in the courthouse somewhere? Or maybe what he has in hand is just a copy, not the raised seal version, although on the videos taken at the courthouse, it certainly looked like the seal was raised.
