Obama said if we fail to act Americans will die.... Who is scaring whom?

If he is worrying about Americans dying, why is he waiting until 2013 to implement the program?

A bigger question is why doesn’t congress, ostammer and the rest of the feds want to be included in the plan? Why don’t they want their union buddies included in it?
