Agreed. However, I am presuming this was a recorded vote, and therefore each of the 'Ayes' will have either:

1. rolled over for Obama, who is deeply unpopular and will become more so;

2. knew Cass Sunstein's positions and voted for him, in which case more analysis and publicizing of his outrageous written and verbal statements, as Glen Beck did for Van Jones, m ay help rid our government of the worst of these creatures in 2010; or

3. did not know Cass's positions and voted for him anyway; this should constitute treason, but lets call it sloth and malfeasance and beat them with it for the next 14 months!
