Excellent work by Sarah Palin. As a good many other writers have noted, this ‘reform’ proposal has among its many promises, one that is a bit concerning. The proponents of this government boondoggle insist that many billions of dollars will be saved by cutting fraud and waste in Medicare.
My question: What’s stopping the gubmint from putting a halt to all the fraud and waste even without HR3200 or its like? If that much waste and fraud is known in the Medicare system, how can they let it continue?

It's a devil's bargain. If they can only put so many brain damaged unionized low life robots on the public dime to administer the system, they can only catch so much cheating.
